Kristie Helmick Proctor Featured "Decision Maker" in Richmond Times-Dispatch

Kristie Helmick Proctor, Executive Director for the Center for Rural Virginia, was featured in the Richmond Times-Dispatch "Decision Maker" column today, helping spread the word about the mission to grow rural Virginia.

”It is my hope that I will make a real difference to ensure that rural Virginia is a place where people want to live, work, play and raise their families," Helmick Proctor told the Richmond-based paper.
